Welcome to MediGuide Worldwide. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (mediguideworldwide.com) and our medical travel facilitation and patient coordination services (“Services”).

By accessing our website, contacting us, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. About MediGuide Worldwide

MediGuide Worldwide (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Company”) is a medical travel facilitation company headquartered in Hyderabad, India. We help international patients connect with trusted hospitals, specialist doctors, and healthcare providers worldwide. We coordinate medical travel, including hospital selection, treatment planning, visa assistance, and patient support.

We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals at our partner hospitals.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or be a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and any patient you represent
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are using our Services on behalf of another person (such as a family member or patient), you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to share their medical information with us.

3. Nature of Our Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing patient medical reports and case histories
  • Recommending suitable hospitals and specialist doctors
  • Coordinating consultations, appointments, and second medical opinions
  • Providing treatment cost estimates and planning guidance
  • Assisting with visa documentation, travel bookings, accommodation, and airport transfers
  • Offering language and interpretation support
  • Providing post-treatment follow-up coordination

Our role is that of a facilitator and coordinator. We do not perform or supervise any medical procedure, and we do not employ the doctors or medical staff at partner hospitals.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website and through our Services is for informational and coordination purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments are made by licensed healthcare professionals at the chosen hospital
  • We do not guarantee any medical outcomes, success of treatment, or recovery
  • Treatment recommendations, costs, and timelines provided by us are estimates based on information from partner hospitals and may change
  • You acknowledge that all medical procedures carry inherent risks
  • You are responsible for understanding the risks, benefits, and alternatives of any treatment before proceeding

We strongly encourage you to ask questions and seek independent medical opinions before making any treatment decision.

5. Hospital and Doctor Selection

While we recommend partner hospitals and doctors based on your medical needs, the final choice rests with you. By choosing a particular hospital or doctor:

  • You enter into a direct relationship with that hospital and doctor for medical services
  • Treatment fees, hospital policies, and medical agreements are between you and the hospital
  • We are not a party to any contract between you and the hospital or doctor
  • We are not responsible for the quality of medical care, hospital services, or outcomes

We make reasonable efforts to recommend reputable and accredited facilities, but we do not warrant or guarantee the qualifications, conduct, or services of any third-party provider.

6. Fees and Payments

Our Services

Many of our coordination services are offered free of charge to patients. Where service fees apply, they will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Hospital and Treatment Fees

Treatment costs, hospital fees, medication charges, and other medical expenses are paid directly to the hospital or service provider. We do not collect treatment payments on behalf of hospitals.

Third-Party Fees

Costs related to travel, visas, accommodation, transportation, interpretation, and other ancillary services are the patient’s responsibility and are paid directly to the respective providers.

Estimates

All cost estimates we provide are based on information from partner hospitals at the time of quotation. Final costs may vary based on actual diagnosis, treatment requirements, hospital stay duration, and complications.

7. Patient Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your medical condition, history, and identity
  • Share medical reports, scans, and documents required for case evaluation

  • Maintain appropriate travel and medical insurance coverage
  • Pay all treatment, travel, and ancillary costs directly to the relevant providers
  • Behave respectfully with our team, hospital staff, and service providers

Failure to provide accurate information may impact our ability to assist you and may affect treatment outcomes.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Treatment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the policies of the respective hospital
  • Travel-related cancellations (flights, hotels, visa fees) are subject to the policies of the respective service providers
  • Where MediGuide Worldwide charges a service fee, our refund policy will be communicated at the time of engagement
  • We are not responsible for refunds of hospital, travel, or third-party charges
